Use the 80/20 rule and assign 80% to one design style (the one you love the most) and assign 20% to the other style. This proportion will allow the styles to complement each other, not fight each other.
Use color repetition to coordinate different styles. If you are buying a new piece that is styled differently than what you have, make sure the color is similar to your existing pieces.
Choose a color palette limited to 3 colors to create flow and balance. By limiting the color palette, different styles will clash less and coordinate better.
A pattern will unite a room and connect different styles. It can be floral, plaid, etc... This applies to any space, but especially to rooms with different furniture, lighting and decor.
Adding on-trend pieces will make the different design styles you have look fresh and current.
