Slice the sheets to optimize storage, use 2 or more sheets to make it easier to remove the cuts if you prefer.
You can choose to distribute it in portions for each meal in freezer-safe or airtight bags, or even pots. Take it to the freezer and use it whenever you want.
If you don't want to freeze them, just leave them whole in a container that will fit, or chopped, alternate layers with paper towels, it lasts from 1 to 2 weeks and keeps fresh. The pot should close well.
If you prefer to consume it already braised, just do it according to your preference and use a specific pot that goes into the freezer or store it in the fridge for consumption within 4 days.
